I don’t live near Best and cannot come to your location.
The sessions can be held either in my practice in Best or online via Teams. This way, you don’t have to come to my practice, and we can still see and talk to each other.
I already have so much to do, where will I find the peace to follow this program?
The appointments, lasting about 1 hour each, will be scheduled in consultation with you. We start by gaining insight into your stress levels. You will receive exercises that allow you to get started immediately. As a result, you will quickly notice experiencing peace and balance.
Are the exercises difficult to perform?
For each appointment, you will receive one or more exercises. The exercises are tailored to your specific needs, so they are suitable for you and you will be able to work with them. Therefore, you will soon notice that the exercises provide you with insights and genuinely help you.
From what age can I participate in this program?
This program is suitable for individuals aged 16 and above. The information and exercises will be personalized to suit you. If you are younger than 16 and still wish to engage in the program, please contact me, and we will explore the possibilities together.
